It seems boring to award 10 out of 10 for everything but the service you get is worth the extra cost! I\'ve had to use technical support, a panic phone call one Monday morning, the phone was answered by a human after a couple of rings! The problem turned out to be my fault but the support guys bend over backwards to help.
You also get a sense of community with this ISP. Yes it\'s a little geeky but the knowledge of the users in the forums is 1st rate!
Bottom line is if you want a fast reliable connection with back-up there is no where else to turn!
