Not a great ISP at all. Been with them since 56k dial-up when it used to be a solid service, then they got big, more customers moved in and they forgot about us existing customers, ever since the change into wanadoo i've had frequent disconnects, mediocre download speeds and quite a bit of hassle. Customer support; dont even get me started on there customer support, even after i decided to migrate it took a whole weekened to get my MAC code off of them. Currently paying for 8mbps, receiving 1mbps with no cost difference because its the highest my phoneline supports. Their wireless livebox sucks too. Overall, better than some, still not good.
