I\\\'ve been with wanadoo for three to four years. At first they were brilliant. My broadband service was always stable, and quick as could be.
Problem came a few months back when they upgraded our speed from 2Mbps to \"up to 8Mbps\". \"up to\" meaning it will go as high as your line will allow. Mine allowed ~5Mbps (ranging between 4.8 and 5.1), and this was fine by me. However, we would repeatedly get massive disconnectings that almost taunted us by reconnecting for about 30 seconds and then disconnecting again.
Their technical support was clueless, and the MAC code they provided was invalid. They don\'t know what they\'re doing anymore.
