Title: MAC problem
Orange plc\'s services are non existent and abysmal. i couldn\'t get MAC from theme even though I had requested for it by letters and emails. They treat disabled perople badly as they are aware that I am deaf. What puzzles me most is that it IS a menber of the ISPA but it appears that Orange plc does not adhere to the ISPA code of Practice.
