1. Unnoticed small character download limit try to deceive careless customers
2. Free to install and move but actually that\\\\\\\'s totally a lie! They have records of the installation and moving. They will minus a little every year if you stay with them but if you leave, they could charge all the fees, free?! ridiculous!!!
3. Very very slow and alway blame to BT line and high exchange connections! I changed my ISP provider to another one and the speed is so fast! The same BT line!!!
4. Customer service is horrible. They never truly tried to help you to solve the problems, just focused on how to put the problems off!
