Been with them for over 4 years, twice I had problems, the connection would drop and then reconnect after 10mins. After going through the fault checker it was passed to BT and then fixed with 48 hours. And yes, they did say BT could charge over ?100 if no fault was found, but I\'d rather they told me that at the start than get an unexpected bill.
One of the few big ISP\'s that fully explain the FUP so you know exactly what to expect from each product. Never had problems with e-mail, surfing, P2P speeds are 200kbs+ and member centre is fantastic. Speed typically 5Mbs
