Title: Simple but not reliable
We had plus.net for our last house and it was average. Connection was relatively hassle free and speeds were distinctly average. Reliability was the key problem as there were often whole mornings when the service would go down and these \'events\' were fairly regular. I couldn\'t recommend them, especially now that the restrictive \'throttling\' is in place. There are just too many good ISPs for an \'average\' big company to be deserving of my hard earned cash.
