Been with them for 2 years but no more, I\'ve had no internet for around 30 hours now due to what I assume is a line fault. I gave up on trying to call them after 20 minutes in a queue and eventually used the web service, they never actually bothered to respond to my query. The only reason I knew what was going on was because I checked my on-line status request (which seeing as I have no home internet was futile) and discovered they\'ve referred the entire thing to BT. Apparently if I haven\'t responded in 2 days they\'ll consider the case closed. If I had no other way to get on the web then I\'d be really up the creek. Don\'t be tempted by them.
