Title: DO NOT USE!!!
Since being taken over by Plusnet this isp has nose-dived. My 1mb line usually returns speeds around 250 - 400 kbps, sometimes lower, rarely faster. Enquiries to support leads only to prevarication and failure to deal with the issue. I left Plusnet once before, and was dismayed when they took over Metronet, but I decided to give them a chance. NEVER AGAIN!
