On the service itself, he said:
\\\"We\\\'ve truly screwed up our support on the back of the ADSL Max rollout and our implementation of the migration to Tiscali LLU process. We\\\'ve screwed up a couple of other things too.\\\"
Plusnet claim that they are putting things right, although my experience is that they\\\'ve been saying this for some time now, without satisfactory progress.
Network reliability and customer support has been very poor lately.
