I previously used to rave about this ISP to everybody I met - until they were taken over by PlusNET. I\\'ve already noticed the speed difference and they\\'ve unilaterally altered the T&Cs to allow them to restrict usage, without changing the price. Worst of all, just recently they changed my username without informing me, so I was unable to access the service - until I used a dial up account to check my account settings and I disovered what had happened. When I phoned to complain they were very uninterested and blamed it all on BT!
