I don't know who RAGOO is, but his/her review is nonsense and should be ignored. I (nor anyone else) had any Metronet speed issues.

That aside, I say "had" for a reason - Metronet is no more. Having been a PlusNet customer before (for a long time on dial-up, as it happens) and leaving because of very poor customer service and support, I'm not going back. What a shame. One of the UK's best ISPs bought out by one of the worst.

FYI, recent emails indicate everything is being moved to Sheffield. I don't expect there to be any of the old Metronet left come February - I strongly advise prospective customers to walk away.
