Reading these reviews has upset me slightly. So to set the record straight... I have been a member of F9 since Nov\'01 on dial-up (Phone/ISDN) and then xDSL as of Mar\'04. I have moved house 4 times.
I have ONLY ONCE been d/c\'d (for 3 days), which was in \'05. I contacted F9 on their 0845 Lo-Call techline which was promptly answered - I was given a temp 0808 FRIACO dialup and my issue was dealt with.
If people actually bothered to read the emails from F9/Plus they may understand why they\'ve capped it. I feel it is very reasonable and now schedule all my download outside of 4pm-12am. Gaming has always been excellent.
