Unfortunately, I have to add to the growing number of complaints re Metronet. I was delighted with the service until the takeover by Plusnet. Since then, it has been a case of frequently dropped connections and grindingly slow speeds. To add insult to injury, upon trying to phone the 2 support lines during the latest disconnection of service, the first support tel line was permanently engaged, whilst the other tel line would disconnect my every call, with the automated message of \"The other person has hung up\". Time to leave, methinks!
