Title: bad to worse
I have been with plusnet from the old dial up days, though things may be coming to an end. Never get a straight answer from their support services and had major problems moving my domain. Now connection speed has dropped constantly from 2700kbps to 900kbps max 600kbps min, now told its within acceptable limits & nothing can be done. . . funny though it coincides with the launch of their telephony package!
