I have been with MetroNet for over a year. Despite their takeover from PlusNet, I have not experienced any degradation in service. Customer Services still seem as helpful and knowledgable as they were, and I have not connectivity outages or loss of throughput.
However, there have been some changes that I am not happy about. The T&Cs have been changed, and A number of (useful) products have been withdrawn and an aggressive FUP put in place.
At the end of day, the new T&Cs do not suit me, so I will be leaving. It is interesting to note that there are a number of other ISPs that offer similar products at a much lower cost.
