i really am quite amazed by the reviews regarding plusnet. I have been with them for a year and it\\\\\\\'s been a really professional and reliable service. Now I don\\\\\\\'t know about support, which is why I\\\\\\\'ve given it a 5, but that\\\\\\\'s because I haven\\\\\\\'t had to use it, nothing has ever gone wrong. They provide good speeds, tools, a decent amount of webspace and the cost isn\\\\\\\'t excessive (a bit more than others but not when I registered for it). Basically I\\\\\\\'m happy with it and would recommend Plusnet.

Sorry to hear so many others have had such a bad experience, and no I\\\\\\\'m not a Plusnet employee!
