Sold a package for DSL when checked they supported OSX.
Signed up late May heard nothing back.
Mailed and was told account didn\\\\\\\'t exist ? could I go again.
3 weeks later got notification via e-mail (I don\\\\\\\'t have a connection) not post that service was live. How are you to make a complaint if you have no web connection. They have no specific phone line for this query, they refer you to the web.
2 Modems arrived. Both failed to load properly onto New Apple Mac Intel machine.
Contacted Plus Net with query on 2nd July ? still not sorted.
Sent me new drivers which were corrupt.
Then got billed for second account.
