Was good until they changed all packages (moved goalposts on existing users) then implemented lots of unwanted changes(sqeezed more profit) restricted services + tried to give speed upgrades without extra costs ? if you just want reliable unlimited bandwidth think again i have been with them over twelve months and am glad i can now move on, just recieved mac code & paid final month for the 2mb premier service + found myself with a 128k connection with no explanation or appoligies (they just took the money for 2mb service and cut my bandwidth down to 128k without notice) please consider them very carefully if you intend signing for 12mth.
