within the last month, plusnet have lost several days worth of my e-mail and my broadband connection has spent more time down than up. Their customer service is appalling and they rarely reply, let along give me any information as to when they plan to fix my ADSL! They seemed really good when i was recommended to go to them about a year ago, but i feel embarrassed to have recommended them to several other people, including family members as they are all experiencing similar problems. Time to ask for my MAC code i guess, but as to where to go next...
