Title: Disappointing
I migrated my parents to IDNet from F2S. In comparison to F2S it was an improvement. Which just highlights how bad F2S were! However, poor configuration information and ongoing no connectivity or slow speeds especially during peak time has contributed to an insufferable service. I connect into the same exchange as my parents and have never had any peak time issues, but then i\'m with Zen. Thankfully Zen now offer the same package and price.
