Very poor speeds, contrary to their staff and forum members who blame my exchange, I now enjoy 4.2Mb line speed with my new ISP as opposed to 472Kbps with IDNet. I have done nothing different, they just didnt want to do anything about it - BT Wholesale informed me one simple phone call from them to re-profile my line would have done it. Oh yes they charged me for the month now Im not even with them. Seriously faltering and in my experiences with them do not deserve the good reviews they have here. You win some you loose some
