Installed broadband and was due to be active from the 1st May. 5 days later and still no broadband! Called and called and got fobbed off with "switch it off and on" and "we'll call you back in an hour" but never got a call back (this happened FOUR TIMES!!!) RUDE I'm sure you'll agree. I even received the first bill which states I'm paying for a service starting 1st May. Well they haven't fulfilled their part of the agreement, which is not entirely legal, and apart from making sure EVERYONE knows what an utterly incompetent outfit they really are, I will be pursuing to receive every single penny of back of the service they haven't provided.
