Rented a new property from Connells letting agency and suddenly I was harassed by Home Telecom. I decided to give it a shot as they promised they would set up my connection in a week of moving in. When I moved in I got an e-mail saying they couldn't set it up for another month. When they finally set it up the signal was so week I could only use the internet in my kitchen. I explained to them I wanted to play online games they said they were the best for it. My playstation couldn't even pick up a connection as the router was so weak. After four months of complaining they finally set me a new router which just about worked. I asked for compensation as they had obviously sent me a cheap router and didn't care, but they declined. I can't wait to move back to BT.
