I have recently migrated from Demon to the Post Office and have taken on their package phone and broadband deal. My migration was due to take place on Nov 8 and the phone and broadband were duly changed, as far as I can tell without downtime. PO promise a router and welcome package which did not arrive by the due date, so I had no info to log on etc. I had my own router, so needed only the log on info. I rang at least 4 times on the 0845 number-long wait-(and sent a number of emails) and nobody could give me the info. I got lucky on the 5th or 6th call and was informed of the access info. Logged on OK. Scores represent value etc.
