Title: Early Promise of Superb Speed & Service Disappears...
New O2 Broadband packages are to be avoided!
The new throttling limits on P2P and Video websites are excessive.
A minority of the staff in the technical support & retentions are clueless and liars.
A poor service after such a good start and two years of solid connectivity, a quick move to Be Broadband has solved most of my complaints!
