Was stunned when I first got connected and asked for POP and SMTP server info only to be told that they had no email servers (they have now but why set up an ISP without having them)
Recently I lost connection for a few hours and while on the phone for 2 hours trying to get the problem diagnosed I was told by Sky \"I\'ll have to escalate the fault to a higher level which at the moment is taking them 5 days to start looking at the fault!!\" It came back after a few hours and they told me when I rang back that \"there was a country wide exchange change this evening\"
