I previously avoided Talk Talk because of bad reviews. My friend changed to them and said they were great. So, I took the plunge and must say, that it was a simple smooth changeover spot on the day,with no hiccups.The modem and installation disc worked like a dream,it was done in a couple of minutes and the E mail set up was easy to complete. I had the full International phone package and for just over ?20 a month all in and a connection speed better than from my previous ISP, I am delighted with the result.They contacted B.T. and my old ISP and I have received and paid their final bills within 10 days of switching to Talk Talk.
