Indian call centre is a disaster, they can barely speak english, one call took 10 mins just to give them my phone number as the person could not understand what I was saying. 3 Months on and I am still paying 21p/mth for a phone line, fed up calling and e-mailing them, have now cancelled my direct debit which I\'m sure is the only thing that will get a response.
