I had been a very happy Blueyonder customer for over 10 years. Excellent speed, low latency & great FREE customer support.
Since Virgin Media took over I am disgusted with the slow speeds, high latency, traffic shaping (forget trying to do anything between 4pm and Midnight) broken promises and shoddy support for which you pay 25p/m to get someone who doesn\'t speak English or know what a computer is.
As soon as I can get a BT line installed I\'m leaving and never looking back.
