When Virgin used to be Telewest my internet connection used to be awesome. Friends of mine used to marvel at the speed it\'d achieve, but not anymore.
Since Virgin took over the service has plummeted. I have the laughably called \"top package\", the only thing top about it is its price. For the last 6 weeks I\'ve been trying to contact Virgin to make a complaint about them, but will they answer my complaints? answer NO. All I\'m met with is promises and lies. Now, to add insult to injury they charge you 25 PENCE a MINUTE to call their helpline in INDIA. Their systems fails, YOU have to pay them to talk about it. As soon as I can, I LEAVE
