Problems are dealt with with high priority even out-of-hours and with great dedication, the impression is that there is always someone available online or at the end of a phone who can resolve the issue. A recent example was when a power cut knocked-out our connection and we needed to be back online at a certain time, friendly dedicated support worked tirelessly to get us back, even on a Saturday afternoon.
