I choose idnet because they were simply an ISP. No restrictions on using your own hardware, no restrictions on your internet access - a real "dumb pipe" in net neutrality terms, which is exactly what I wanted.
Support, on the rare occasion I have needed it, has been superb and knowledgeable.
They may cost above the average, but that is because they provide more than the lowest common denominator of service. We need good, neutral ISPs and our money is the only way to vote. That being said, they are not overpriced and the service has been flawless.
No idea what "Services" means in this context? If "bundled extras" then there are none and that is a feature, not a bug.
