Internet and phone provider
Breathe, which attempted to re-launch its services at the end of last year (
here), has announced the appointment of
Nick Pulsford as its new
Managing Director. Pulsford replaces
Steve Kaye whom stepped down earlier this year.
Breathe is known to have had a somewhat rocky past but Pulsford aims to set things straight through a series of
new improvements to the broadband providers networks and internal processes.
Breathe's MD, Nick Pulsford, told ISPreview.co.uk:
"I am very excited by the new structure and we are looking forward to making Breathe one of the most successful and respected ISP’s in the country. It is no secret that Breathe has struggled in recent years with a number of technical issues that have left some of our customers less than satisfied with our service. Over the past few months we have been concentrating on improvements to our networks and internal processes to ensure that Breathe will be the world class ISP that it once was.
In the coming weeks we will be reviewing all of our services commencing with a re-launch of the Zetnet website offering affordable and reliable broadband and hosting services to small businesses.
We are also actively reviewing our existing customers and their products and offering our neglected broadband base new products and improved speeds, often at reduced prices.
We are looking forward to rebuilding the trusted brands that Breathe represents and making the Breathe name synonymous with affordable and reliable services."
In related news the ISPs long standing employee,
Vicky Croucher, has been appointed to the role of
Operations Director and brings with her over 10 years of management experience in the internet market. Both Croucher and Pulsford claim to be "
hands on" with the business.
