A new study has found that just 100 broadband ISP users are responsible for publishing most (66 Percent) of all the "illegal" copyright content (music, movies and games etc.) on public P2P file sharing networks. The study identified several ISPs as unwittingly supporting them, including one UK provider ( Virgin Media ).
