Freedom2Surf Warns Heavy Users

UK ISP Freedom2Surf has started issuing warning letters to customers that have been downloading too much, threatening termination if they don't "reduce the usage of [THEIR] ADSL connection to less than 25GB per week":
As your overuse is having a detrimental effect on other customers we are entitled under our terms and conditions (www.freedom2surf.net/adsl/terms) and Acceptable Usage Policy to immediately terminate your service, please see the relevant extract below:-
16.7 Other events
We shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement without the need to give any notice in writing to you upon the occurrence of any one or more of the following events:
1. if we in our opinion believe that termination of the Service is necessary to protect our goodwill or reputation and/or of our services or products (or necessary to protect the service provided by us to other users)
Your compliance of this request is required within 7 days. Failure to comply at the end of this period will result in immediate suspension of your service and termination of your service 14 days from the date of this letter.
Unfortunately the matter is once again reflective of poor marketing, especially where the word "unlimited" has been employed.
Meanwhile most would probably agree that being asked to reduce your usage below 25GB PER WEEK is hardly the end of the world. Many other providers set their private caps closer to 30GB per MONTH.
