I have had endless problems with Three 5G Broadband.
It is cheap but utterly useless, and should you have any issues you have to deal with the most inept, useless, automaton-centric overseas call centre imaginable.
Firstly, we have endured several multi-day complete blackouts due to mast failures, system upgrades that failed and so on. Sadly we have There mobiles o that meant we are 100% cut off completely. This is in a 100,000 person conurbation, in 2025. Well and 2024.
Secondly, endless technical issues . The latest is that all business email has gone down. Secure authentication is no longer possible (so we cannot log in at all even though we are on a mobile device). All remote access to security systems has fallen over - so no camera access, no door entry system access, and no access to NAS. And on top of that our UniFi Console is unreachable from outside or via UniFi cloud.
Three 5G broadband has broken all services, TWELVE phone calls over a week. TEN HOURS onto support - who are mindless script-reading numpties. And no resolution. They various argue that they Not blocking ports, that yes they were but have unblocked, it's IPv6 , no it's turned off, and so it goes on.
Anyone with half a brain can see that they are in fact interfering with OUTBOUND MQTT over port 8883. Two hours with UniFi support confirmed that.
