Admittedly l havent been live for more than a day or two so far (Jan 13th 2010), however while not as fast as hoped (not Aquiss's fault my lines long).
But what l do get lm happy with, lm also very surprised about their payment system, l didnt expect them to use paypal, tho it makes things allot easier for me.
On a final note, l find the support second to none, in all conversations lve had via email replies are within the hour (unless you email after 8pm), also very few ISPs interact with their members, it kinda amazed me how involved they were with their users on their forum, in any case so far l highly recommend this ISP to everyone.
