Virgin Media has cut the price of their standalone 50Mbps superfast broadband (Solus) package for the first 12 months of service, which drops the monthly package price to just £18 per month (£32.25 thereafter) + £14.99 one-off activation. A similar deal exists on their 100Mbps and 200Mbps options.
