I joined Idnet just over a month ago. Had lots of speed problems when I started but C/S put up with my endless calls and now I am geting the best speed I have had from any ISP. Not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. You just cant go wrong with them.

So far much more stable and faster than the connection with my previous ISP. But what I really love about Idnet is their support - not only are they helpful and know what they\'re talking about but also they don\'t use call centres and it\'s totally free via an 0800 number.

I originally joined IDNET after reviews on this page showed them to be a reliable provider with great customer support, although not the cheapest. My ISP prior to them were cheap, but went bust, so no shocks there.
After a few months of trouble free use, my last 3 weeks have been terrible, but due to no fault of IDNET. Despite BT saying otherwise, I knew there were line problems, having tested and changed various pieces of my own equipment. IDNET proved themselves during all this to show fantastic customer support, even out of normal hours, when their rep never failed to contact me and deal with any query or problem. Highly recommended.

Joined iDNET in December 2006 from Tiscali and had spoken to iDNET before joining to get some advice about the line speed problems I was having. The action plan that was suggested to me before I joined was instigated following the 10 day settling in period for my local exchange connection. IDNET have taken the matter up with BT on two occasions on my behalf. The problems with the slow web page loading appears to be with line contention out of the exchange and I am going to take this matter up with another body to get the matter resolved. IDNET have demonstrated friendly, first class customer support - very rare these days!

Ive also been with IDnet since the new year when I admit the service was superb. Unfortunately, recently people have been piling into IDnet because of its excellent reputation. They have moved away from the providers that they have ruined by misuse and are going to do the same here.
My speeds are half what they were when I first went onto Max (was 4.4MB now lucky to get 2.3Mb) in April and recently there have been disconnections and server problems.
IMO they are overstretching themselves and we are going to suffer the consequences.

Must be one of the very best ISP\\\\\\\'s about. Immediate Support via email or phone. Excellent service, speeds and total reliability (allowing for BT\\\\\\\'s problems). I can find no faults with them at all, the same goes for almost everyone who posts about this ISP on other Forums.
Excellent CS and Support. Phone or email and they respond within minutes or a few rings. They know exactly what they are talking about and can give you clear and succinct answers to your problems or concerns. Very reliable connection and 10 years of experience with all manner and levels of customers. After 2 yrs have not had any fault with them.

Title: Utopia
Recently joined after suffering at the hands of Orange for close on 6 weeks! Had been a Freeserve customer in all its guises since the mid nineteen ninties but never experienced anything like the debacle of the Orange unbundling and their subsequent customer (i use the term loosely) service\'.
IDNet are a revelation. Helpful and contactable, infact, everything Orange were not. Same speed as with Orange,(close to 3mg) but thats not what counts to me. All I want is reliability and service when necessary. IDNet are it.

I download around 20GB a month on average and when i saw IDNets ?24.99 home office 2Mb (30GB usage included counting downloads only not uploads* extra usage ?1 a GB)i thought i\\\'d migrate from plusnet and try. I had trouble accessing websites the very first moment i connected, and that issue along with a few others, have caused to to migrate away after only 6 weeks to an ISP with a proven track record in the residential sector as well as the business one....ZEN.
Bye bye IDNet.
