I chose Aquiss due to them being number one in the Top 10 at the time, and the comments about their great service.
Since early this year they have no longer been able to accept monthly direct debit payments, and the alternative solution they implemented was very poorly set up and communicated.
I struggle with this solution as I am often travelling, so remembering to go and manually pay is inconvenient - ultimately this has led to me being cut off from the service (although I was late paying I still paid before the final deadline they gave, but to no avail).
If you can handle the stress and hassle of paying manually then good luck...
