signed up with them in September and was not actually online unitl mid october.
We had ok service until the begining of january and then it stopped. I was told they had a signal fault and it would take 5 days to repair. 2 months and 100 lies, errors and omissions later they have still not released our line so we can nmigrate.
On top of the poor technical service their customner service is truly apalling.
if you are considering sigining up with them, i would reccommend first going to your dentist and having all your teeth extracted without an anaesthetic: the discomfort you will endure with orange is an order of magnitude greater.
