I have been with PlusNet for over 5 years, and in the last 18 months have noticed their customer services has been gradually getting worse, if there was a 0 star for this that's what I would vote.
If you want to, spend hour's answering the same question over and over again in support tickets and when you do answere you are ignored for days on end, or if you like to be on hold at the end of the phone for 35 to 45 minutes at a time, only to be treated with contempt - then Join PlusNet.
