I can only echo what others have said in that they have changed their packages to limit what and when you can download. My Premier package has changed at least 3 times in the 11 months i have been with them. i would have left sooner had other issues not intervened. service started great and suited my needs but now they are taking the P##S and regularly limit my speeds as i like most people use my connection during their peak hrs of 4pm - 12am. They only seem to want gullible users who dont realise what they are doing. I have asked for my MAC code so that i can change to another ISP who offer a better unlimited package. STEER CLEAR OF PLUSNET
