Very" satisfied, while only 23.1% expressed a "
Deep Dissatisfaction" with their current provider. The overall level of satisfaction appears to be quite strong, yet consumers clearly still see a number of areas with room for improvement, such as speed.

Broadband.co.uk has released its latest anecdotal monthly broadband speed testing results for August 2009. It shows that the average UK broadband download speed for the largest 10 ISPs has increased by a tiny amount from 4.262Mbps in July to 4.331Mbps in August.
