The European Commission (EC) has warned that "our children and grandchildren will pay the price" if member states fail to invest in the next generation of superfast broadband ISP services. UK ISP PlusNet has today revealed the extent to which internet video traffic now dominates most of its bandwidth. Apparently up to 50 Per Cent of all the providers data traffic is now video related, with YouTube being the dominant player.
