After much debating I switched from Zen Internet to Utility Warehouse about 2 months ago. The transition was smooth, though in all took maybe a bit longer than the industry standard (?), but they said it would take around 3 Weeks in total and this is how long it took. I subscribed to their Broadcall service (combined Broadband and phone) which is very good value for money. The speed is excellent about the same as I was getting with Zen (around 6 Kbps). I can't comment on their Technical support as I have had not had to use it (hence a mid point score of 5), but general customer service was excellent. The only negatives are that although advertised as a monthly subscription this is slightly misleading as you do pay monthly but if you do cancel within the first 12 months there is a penalty to pay. Also the router supplied with Broadcall only allows for 1 computer to be connected, so if you want to add more computers you will need to supply your own (Netgear router works fine), though if you opt for their wireless service I think you get a better grade router (would need to ask). Also hidden in the small print is that if you do cancel the service you have to return the router they supplied (so don't sell it or throw it away as you don't actually own it as such!)
