Digiweb

We ordered Digiweb 512/256 package last April and took around 6 weeks for installation. The service and performance was very good up until December with ~60KB/sec quite often and fast browsing, however the performance rapidly deteriorated from January. Originally performance got poor around 10am to 3pm, now we often have so much downtime/poor performance (under 5KB/s) that I dial a 56k modem just to get a faster connection!



Despite complaining almost every week to Digiweb along with 2 technician call-outs since January, the service has not once remained stable for more than 1 to 2 days.



Glad to see our exchange now upgraded to ADSL.
