Sadly, Demon no longer provide a reliable service. Their Technical Support, which used to be wonderful, has gone abroad and if your problem or query is not on their script that\'s the end of any Technical Support.
Recently we have had no incoming e-mail for long periods on at least four occasions in a two week period. This affects our business and reluctantly we are looking for an alternative ISP.
The real complaint is that Demon no longer care about customer service and are very bad at communicating problems accurately and promptly to users.
I would not recommend Demon as an ISP.
