Wow, what a change this company is from others I've tried. I was with Fast4 before this and i'm so glad I moved.

They have fantastic, and i really mean fantastic, customer service. This is a company who actually value their customers, they treat you like a real person and really go out of their way to help you. i had a problem with my router and they walked me through every possibility till it was fixed, they also have made sure to fix any other issues i've had as fast as they can.

Also unlike many other people i know on diffrent isp's this connection is rock solid. Rarely do i get a dip in speed below 5mb. they dont block any ports and they have no stupid 'fair usage pollicies.

All in all i would recomend titan to anyone and everyone
